What is the difference between on-premise and on-demand?
- On-premise means the system is hosted on your server (our team would do consultation, requirements gathering, implementation, training and support).
- On-demand means the system is hosted by us and you don’t need to purchase or maintain any hardware in your office. There are 2 ways to purchase on-demand, either a monthly subscription cost (no consultation, requirements gathering, implementation, training and support) or monthly subscription cost with professional services (includes consultation, requirements gathering, implementation, training and support). Minimal contract period applies.
What are the server hosting requirements?
- Hardware: Intel X86 or X64, 2GB RAM and 5 GB free disk space (minimum)
- Server Operating System: Windows or Linux.
- Web Server: Apache.
- Database: MySQL version 5.6.x onwards.
- PHP: PHP 5.3.x onwards.
What kind of system support is available?
- Teamviewer/phone/email support available for all clients within the support contract period.
- Support hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Excluding Singapore Public Holidays.
- On-site support is available at $250 an hour.
Is CRM software training provided?
- Training is available at $500 for a package of 2 training sessions of 2 hours each. (held at customer premise, maximum 2 person sitting in).
