Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using bevootech.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, including browsers, customers, vendors and contributors of content.

2. About us

The Site is operated by Bevootech Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 21 Toh Guan Road East, #08-01, Singapore 608609 ("Bevootech", "we", "us"). We provide CRM, AI, cloud and custom software consulting and product services to small and medium enterprises.

3. Use of the website

• You must use the Site lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, related systems or networks.
• You must not use the Site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful content.
• We may suspend or restrict access at any time to protect the Site or comply with legal obligations.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable resources and software — is the property of Bevootech or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print content for personal or internal business reference only. You must not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

5. Free resources and lead magnets

From time to time we make downloadable resources (such as guides, templates or slide decks) available at no cost. These are licensed for your internal business use. Redistribution, resale or public reposting is not permitted without written consent.

6. POC and engagement terms

Where we agree to run a proof-of-concept ("POC") or pilot, the specific scope, deliverables, duration and any commercial terms will be set out in a separate written agreement (typically a statement of work or order form). These Terms of Service do not replace that agreement. In the absence of a separate agreement, a POC is provided as a demonstration on a goodwill basis with no obligation on either party to continue.

7. Paid services

Paid engagements — including CRM implementations, AI builds, AWS consulting, CTO-as-a-Service retainers, VAPT engagements and custom software projects — are governed by a separate written agreement. Pricing displayed on the Site is indicative and subject to change; the price in your signed agreement prevails.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed content from providers such as YouTube, Google Maps or Xero. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Bevootech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed SGD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bevootech harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Site. Provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination will do so.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules for the time being in force. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
